March 22 update from Health Department on COVID-19 cases

The Tompkins County Health Department says there have now been 3,739 total positive cases in Tompkins County, seven more than on Sunday, with a total of 931, 645 tests conducted. They also say 3,559 patients are listed as released from isolation after having tested positive, 13 new recoveries, leaving 150 active cases.
